How do I place an order?
Easy, if this is your first time to PartySupplies.com, browse our wide selection of great costumes, favors, balloons, party packs and more - you can browse by product categories or by party theme. You can also search for an item in our Search Box located on the top navigation bar.
Once you’ve found a product you want, make any required selections (e.g., size, quantity) and then click the Add to Shopping Cart button. If you have lots of items on your shopping list, select "Continue Shopping" to return to PartySupplies.com to add more party supplies to your order!
When you've finished shopping, click the Proceed to Checkout button. If you already have a PartySupplies.com account, just enter your email address and password, and follow the easy steps for entering your Billing Information, Shipping Information, Shipping Method and Payment Information.
If you don’t have an account with us yet, you can either create an account or just checkout as a guest. Either way, we’ll need the same information. If you create an account with us, you can start a personal address book, store your account information and review your order history. And it will make your next visit even faster and easier. Please note that we do not store your credit card information.

Do you only sell complete party packages?
We sell party supply items in convenient packs as well as piece by piece. That way you can order only what you need!
Do the favor boxes come pre-filled?
The favor boxes do not come pre-assembled. You will receive all of the items shown on our site for assembly at home.
Can I buy your favor boxes without the contents so I can fill them myself?
Yes! We sell empty favor boxes so that you can create custom favors at home.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
The product detail page will have the words “In Stock” right under the price.
I can't find the party theme or item I'm looking for. What should I do?
Try using our search box. It will bring up all of the products with your key word(s). If that doesn’t work, you can also send us an email with your question on our “Contact Us” page.
How do I determine the correct costume size for me or my child?
We provide a link to a sizing chart on each costume product detail page. We have found that it is better to order a size up if you are between sizes. Keep in mind that bodysuit costumes are intended to fit snugly.
Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
We do not charge sales tax for most orders. However, it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year. We do charge state sales tax for orders purchased by New York customers.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Please send us an email using our “Contact Us” page to get information on volume discounts. Please include the product(s) you are interested as well as the intended order quantity in your email.
What payment methods do you accept?

If you choose to make payment with a credit card, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number associated with the credit card you use. Any incorrect information may cause a delay or an error in processing your order.

If I order more than 1 item, will everything ship together?
We will strive to ship orders with multiple products in as few boxes as possible.
Where do you ship?
We can ship orders anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide your full street address instead.
Will you ship to an APO/FPO Address?
Sorry, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.
Can you do same day deliveries?
Unfortunately, we can’t do same day deliveries, but if you order before 2PM ET on Monday-Thursday and select UPS Next Day Air®, we’ll get your order to you by the end of the following day (excluding holidays).
When will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders received before 2PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped on that day (except on holidays) as long as the products are in stock. All orders received after 2PM ET will be processed and shipped by the following business day (except on holidays). We apologize, but Saturday delivery is not available at this time. We reserve the right to ship multiple items to the same address in separate shipments on different delivery dates based on availability and shipping requirements. We will make every effort to bundle multiple items ordered to the same shipping address.

Can I ship to multiple locations in the same order?
Yes, after you’ve finished adding products to your shopping cart, click on the link, “Checkout with Multiple Addresses” next to the address book icon. If you are registered with PartySupplies.com, select an address from your address book in the drop-down menu next to each item and then click “Update Qty & Addresses”. If you need to add an address, click one of the “Enter a New Address” buttons. When you’ve added the addresses for each item, then click “Continue to Shipping Information”. Please remember that you will be charged a separate shipping charge for each individual address.
Can I add a personal message with my gift order?
Yes, when you get to the “Select Shipping Method” during the checkout process, look out for the “Gift Messages” checkbox. If you’d like to include a gift message please select the box and then fill in the card. Please don't forget to spell-check your gift message since we can't make edits to your personal message.

Can I track my package?
Once we ship your package, we will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail with a UPS tracking number. You can track your package by entering the tracking number at UPS.com. You can also check your order status and track your order directly from your personal account page at PartySupplies.com.
Can I confirm that my order went through or check the status of my order?
Yes, we will send you an e-mail order confirmation from PartySupplies.com after you place the order. You can check the status of your order by logging into your PartySupplies.com account. Once your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number for your order.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
It is VERY important that you ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping and billing information. If an order doesn’t make it to its intended destination because of an incorrect or incomplete address, UPS may attempt to contact the intended recipient with the phone number provided. If UPS can’t make the delivery, they will ship the product back to us. If you decide at that point you’d like us to try again, we will charge you for the additional shipping costs. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us by submitting a support request.
What is your return policy?
At this time, we do not accept returns for products other than costumes.
We charge a 15% restocking fee for all returned costumes that are returned within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot provide refunds for a costume that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable (customer is responsible for return shipping charges as well).
The following costume items may only be returned for a refund if they are in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:
- Undergarments, socks and stockings
- Shoes & Boots
- Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair
- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
- Cosmetics
